Gordon Holness, a long-time proponent of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and one of the nation’s leading mechanical engineers, will speak on the promise and possibilities of this emerging technology. As part of the ASHRAE Distinguished Lecture Program, he will bring us up-to-date on the software and its potential to streamline integrated design processes, from the early stages to intelligent construction documents. Mr. Holness will also discuss BIM’s role in the operations and maintenance of buildings post-occupancy.
